[C1.3] COMMUNICATION (part 1)

Introduce your word prompt and explain your three different interpretations of the word. This is a brief overview of your TRIPTYCH → something composed or presented in three parts or sections; like a visual trilogy.

[B1.2] KNOWLEDGE & UNDERSTANDING

For each work of art, explain which element of design you primarily used to express your word prompt. Then analyze which principle of design heavily affected/influenced the primary element. For instance, if the element of colour is the primary focus, explore how the principle of contrast plays a crucial role: “Colour and colour are exemplified by the intentional use of a blue and orange colour scheme. You can see this in…” Expand your writing by including definitions and detailed descriptions.

Include in each paragraph a description of the artistic media and techniques used to make the art. What artistic techniques did you use to complete each piece?

*To conserve paper, no title page is necessary. Please simply put your name as a header in the top right corner of your written analysis. On the first page, put your word prompt as the title, course code, date. Left justify, 1.15 spaced, size 12 font. Use subtitles for each strand.
